| Water-based silver ink has low cost, small environmental pollution, water-soluble acrylic resin has the best overall performance relative to other resins as a connecting material,however, taking into account the interaction between the aluminum pigment and resin , there are problems of poor water resistance and poor adhesion in acrylic resin . Therefore, the acrylic resin is modified by epoxy resin and the synthetic process is optimized by the connection of acrylic resin as the starting point in this paper. The contents and achievements were as follows:(1) Epoxy resin (E-44), acrylic acid (AA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA)were used as comonomer. (2) By means of viscosity, adhesion, solid content, infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Tg values measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC),dispersion and overall performance considerations apply to the aqueous silver ink, to determine the best synthesis process namely of the epoxy-acrylate emulsion : The mass ratio of MMA, BA,AA and E-44 was 42%, 45%, 3% and 10%, respectively. KPS, Composite emulsifier was the total mass of the monomer ratio of 0.4%, 3%,respectively,the composite emulsifier is sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and alkylphenol polyoxyethyl ether (OP-10), the mass ratio is 1: 2.5, the pre-emulsification temperature is 75 ?, Temperature 80 ?.(3) By research the formulation of the water-based silver ink , The modified resin ,the double-layer coated aluminum powder pigment prepared, distilled water, anhydrous ethanol and additives is by mass ratio 100: 10: 10:10: 10: 1 at 20 ?. (4) Making scratch samples of silver ink,and test the gloss, viscosity and adhesion application performance.The results show that the modified acrylic resin has not only improved the water resistance and adhesion, but also improves the film-forming property and retains the high gloss performance of the acrylic resin, and the water-based silver ink has good adhesion and stability,meet the production needs well. |
