| In this paper, a kind of multi-block copolymer epoxy resin emulsifiers with many outstanding performances were synthesized from polyoxyalkylene and epoxy resin materials. It was found that many factors, such as raw material ratio reaction temperature reaction time and kinds of catalyst, effected on the process of the reaction. The optimal synthetic conditions was choosen. Meanwhile action mechanism of catalyst potassium persuifate was preliminarily discussed, further the synthesized emulsifiers were researched by detecting the FTIR electric conductivity and interfacial tension of emulsifiers. It is shown that the best emulsion can be obtained at the condition of PEG4000 and E-44 with equivalent molar ratio reaction at 180℃and 3.5h in present of catalyst potassium persuifate. Then under the optimum conditions, the reaction kinetics of synthetic emulsifier was studied, it was found that this polycondensation reaction was a zero order reaction, when the temperature higher, reaction rate constant became bigger. And, it was found that absorption peak of epoxy group in IR almost disappeared, as well as the absorption peak of etherbond correspondingly intensified in the reaction process. The fact indicated that a polycondensation reaction between polyoxyalkylene and the epoxy resin occured in the reaction process. CMC values of synthetic emulsifier were determined. All the experiment results show that a kind of non-ionic multi-block macromolecular emulsifiers were synthesized. Then stable non-ionic waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was successfully prepared using phase inversion method, and the effects of stirring speed watering speed and so on were also discussed. By means of determining viscosity and electric conductivity, physical properties of phase inversion process were tracking studied. It was found that the viscosity and electric conductivity all changed sharply when emulsion system occured phase inversion, especially the waterborne epoxy emulsion could be prepared by phase inversion method with the conditions of emulsion temperature 50℃and 22.2 percent emulsifier concentration having the best stability, which didn't stratify under the condition of 3000r/min 30min. Furthermore, the synthesized emulsion had another performances such as stronger alkali resistance, higher dilution stability and better storage stability.Afterwards, cement mortars were modified using synthesized waterborne epoxy emulsion. It is shown that in comparison with ionic emulsion , non-ionic emulsion has better mixing performance stronger alkali resistance and better curing velocity under the conditions of polymer-cement ratio 0.2 and water-polymer ratio 0.3. And, the experiment of modified concrete bonding sample about split tensile strength was took. It is shown that mechanical properties of concrete bonding sample modified with non-ionic emulsion are better those modified with ionic emulsion. In addition, film properties of waterborne epoxy emulsion were studied. It is shown that film has some good performances such as lower filming temperature better hasten stronger alkali and salt resistance when waterborne epoxy emulsion and other emulsions (for example epoxy-acrylic resin and amine resin) mix each other at the specific ratio. Besides, film properties of varnish and filler lacquer of waterborne epoxy emulsion were researched. It is shown that film properties are all outstanding. The film has better anticorrosive property no matter under the conditions of varnish or filler lacquer. |
