Adiponitrile is a widely used chemical product that can be used to produce nylon66 and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI).In the existing production technology,butadiene hydrocyanation is the most advanced method in the world,and it is also the main research direction of adiponitrile production technology in our country.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the technology for preparation of adiponitrile by1,3-butadiene hydrocyanation,and uses Aspen Plus to simulate and optimize the technology.Aspen Plus is a large-scale process simulation software.In this paper,according to the technical principle of the reaction and its process characteristics,the process of the adiponitrile production can be divided into three sections to design: primary hydrocyanation section,isomerization section,secondary hydrocyanation section.In the design of primary hydrocyanation stage,this paper propose the method of stripping to solve the question of HCN solubility and difficult recovery.The stripping agent uses 1,3-butadiene,which makes the content of HCN in the subsequent section less than 10 PPM,while the catalyst for the decomposition of high temperature characteristics can be recovery by the method of vacuum distillation.Three separation schemes are proposed for the purification of 2-methyl-3-butenenitrile and 3-pentenenitrile.Four separation schemes are proposed in the secondary hydrogen cyanide stage because of the complex reaction products,and the Aspen Plus is used to simulate and optimize the scheme,and the relevant operating parameters of the distillation column are obtained.In this paper,the annual cost function model is used to economically evaluate theseparation scheme to determine the technological process of the primary hydrocyanation and the secondary hydrocyanation stage.And the process of the three sections is integrated to obtain the process of adiponitrile production process.The process flow is simulated and optimized.The process finally obtained the product with the mass fraction of 99.9% adiponitrile and 99.7% 2-methylglutaronitrile..The analysis of the production process of adiponitrile is carried out by using pinch technology,which can match the cold and hot stream in the process.After heat integration,the cold and heat utility projects are reduced by 30.6%,41.8%...
