From the last century, with the development of the human society, the problem of water shortage & water environment pollution had severely holdbacked the society progress. Wastewater reuse is taken for an available approach to solve water shortage & control water body contamination. At home and abroad research on the wastewater reuse system just come forth in recent years, Especially reclaimed water price, which is known as one of the main factors of the reclaimed water utilization, is hardly studied. The constitution of the reclaimed water system, which includes water source, water quality, water flow, water price and so on, is analyzed, and reclaimed water cost is emphasized in the paper. Firstly on the basis of reclaimed water utilized principal (i.e. sufficient water quantity, qualified water quality & rational water price)& northwest peculiarity, reclaimed water users are defined. And reclaimed water can be used in cooling water & supplementary in civil industrial consumption, flushing out lavatory & automobile and so on, & beautify the environment. Water quality standard of northwest region is supposed. Secondly reclaimed water self-cost price is stressed. By the analysis of several academic models operating self-cost model of reclaimed water is structured. Total cost includes depreciation cost of total investment & running cost including electricity cost, medicament cost, heavy repair cost and so on. During the process method of least squares is used to treat the charge date. And the investment function of several conventional treatment processes & pipeline of the reclaimed water is deduced & tested by some examples. Finally by applying to the foregoing conclusion in xi'ning city, some date is acquired, such as wastewater reuse scale: 62 × 103m3/d,total investment: 24.6925 million¥, unit investment: 398.3 ¥/t, cost unit price: 0.46 ¥/m3.
