In this study,The extract of Elaeagnus mollis oil was extracted by leaching method.Firstly, the effects of humidity, temperature, light intensity and storage time on the physical and chemical indexes of Elaeagnus mandshurica were investigated by measuring the acid value, peroxide value and VE content of Mizao oil. Then, the changes of fatty acid content of Elaeagnus angustifolia under different storage conditions were discussed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The contents and results are as follows:(1)The acid value and peroxide value of the oil tree oil were increased with the increase of the ambient humidity, the enhancement of the light intensity, the increase of the storage temperature and the storage time. The content of VE increased with the increase of light intensity,Gradually reduced, humidity, temperature and storage time of its little effect.Overall, the laboratory-made finel oil seed oil compared to the supercritical CO2 obtained from the environmental changes in the range of fruit oil smaller. In conclusion, the wing fruit oil tree seed oil suitable for storage in low temperature, dark and relatively dry environment.(2)The contents and composition of fatty acids in Elaeagnus angustifolia under different storage conditions were analyzed by gas chromatography--mass spectrometry. The results showed that the content of unsaturated fatty acids in the fruit oil was greatly affected by the storage environment. With the increase of the degree of unsaturated fatty acids, the content of fatty acids was affected by the environment, and the content of saturated fatty acids did not change. The storage conditions of unsaturated fatty acids in Elaeagnus angustifolia were as follows: light intensity > temperature > humidity. At the same time, the content of unsa turated fatty acids in the fruit oil decreased with the storage time prolonge.
