Oligosaccharides have improved blood lipid metabolism,improve the body's immune function,anti-aging and other significant pharmacological activity,and compared with polysaccharides,activity was significantly improved and low toxicity.The extraction and separation of oligosaccharides from apple pomace can make apple pomace waste into treasure,which is helpful to improve the added value of apple pomace.In this paper,the natural extraction and separation technology of oligosaccharide from apple pomace was studied,and the crude extract of apple pomace oligosaccharide was purified by macroporous resin static adsorption method,the antioxidant properties of apple pomace oligosaccharides were determined by using VC as positive control,and the following conclusions were obtained:1)Taking oligosaccharides yield as the evaluation index,the optimum conditions of optimization of oligosaccharide extraction with ultrasonic-assisted from apple pomace by response surface methodology were as follows: ultrasonic time 35 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:17(g/m L),ethanol volume fraction 80%,ultrasonic temperature 43?.Under these conditions,the yield of oligosaccharides from apple pomace wasup to 13.23% in practice.2)The adsorption conditions of AB-8 macroporous resin were studied by static ad sorption method and oligosaccharide adsorption capacity and analytical content.Using static adsorption method,the process conditions of separation and purification of oligosaccharides in apple pomace by AB-8 macroporous resin were studied with oligosaccharides adsorption and desorption amount as evaluation index.The bestconditions were: adsorption liquid material ratio 15:1m L/g(oligosaccharid es of apple pomace crude extract solution:macroporous adsorption resin),feed concentration 8.336 mg/m L,oscillation adsorption time 3h,oscillation analytic time 2h,eluateof 80% ethanol solution.Under the above conditions,the purity of oligosaccharidewas 63.92%.3)The scavenging effect on DPPH·,·OH and the reducing power of purified oligosaccharide extract were determined.The results showed that the oligosaccharides isolated from apple pomace had certain antioxidant ability.In a certain concentration range,the stronger the concentration of oligosaccharides,the strongerthe antioxi dantcapacity.Among them,the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical was the strongest.
