Our country is rich in oil resources,and its oil industry has developed rapidly in recent years.The enterprises of oil extraction and oil refining is multitudinous,so accurate measurement of oil storage tank data has a significant impact on oil production,tank stock and oil field management.The oil tank parameter management analysis system can carry on the real-time statistical analysis to the liquid level and the temperature change in the oil storage tank.The system helps the staff manage the oil production in time and accurately,which makes the oil field management enters automatic management from the inefficient manual management.In order to manage the oil field production,this subject is worth exploring and has important significance.This paper introduces the design and implementation of the oil tank parameter management and analysis system.After detailed analysis of the user's demand for the system,the system is divided into data monitoring and collection module,organization module,device management module,data query and statistics module,the oil level data analysis module,alarm module,power management module.The data monitoring and collection module receives the storage tank parameter data sent by the hardware device to determine whether the data packet is valid,and stores the correct data received.Organization module establishes and manages the project and personnel accounts.The module of equipment management realizes the management of the basic information of the level gauge device and the related modules,as well as the display of the map service function and the location of the equipment geographic information.The module of data query and statistics realizes the chart display of oil tank parameter data.The oil level data analysis module compensates the accuracy of the oil level data using the temperature compensation method,calculates the oil storage capacity of the oil storage tank,and analyzes the specific alarm situation that may occur during the management of the oil storage tank.If the parameters of the tank are abnormal the alarm and handle module will show the alarm information in the task list,and the correspondence person of the system will deal with the exception with the relevant information.The module of power management realizes the establishment of the user and assigns authority to the user.The oil tank parameter management analysis system uses Browser/Server structure,the overall development framework of the system is SSH,the data generated during the operation of the system is stored in the Mysql database,and the communication between the level gauge device and the software is through the TCP connection.Using the function of map service information system makes the operation friendly.The design of the user interface is completed with HTML+CSS+JS+Jquery,which uses Highcharts plug-in components to achieve effectively display of statistical data.At present,the system has been deployed and tested,the test results show that the system meets the needs of the oil field users.The users can access the system through the browser,and their interaction with the system is very strong and friendly.User experience of the system is simple and good.
