The Comprehensive Treatment Technology Development Of A Variety Of Waste Water In Coal Chemical Industry Park

Since 2015,due to the global economy still in a deep adjustments,in the meantime,the influence of a major readjustment of the national industrial structure and environmental pollution control,the domestic economic growth slows and the coal-coke-steel market would continue to decline.Meanwhile in recent years,with the government promulgated a series of national laws and the increasingly stringent environmental requirements,because of environmental issues,some coking enterprises are required to shut down or to make rectifications within a certain time limit by the relevant departments.So the environmental problems related to the enterprise's survival.Ignoring the development of ecology must be eliminated.While coking waste water treatment and reuse has always been a difficult problem puzzled for coking enterprise's survival and development.With the raising environmental management supervision and the requirements for coking industry permission,energy conservation and pollution reduction up to standard has become the prominent problems for the coking industry development.This article based on waster water treatment of a coal chemical industry park for the research.Through analyzing the characteristics of waster water produced by a new company started recently,combining with the new technology of coal chemical industry waste water treatment,selecting OAOO as the core of the waster water treatment process,the system runs stably and the pollutants can be removed efficiently.By using the effect filter instead of sand filter,coking waster water and chemical waster water can enter into the deep treatment at the same time.The indexes of discharged water shows this technology is feasible.By analyzing of deep treatment without ultra filtration,the results show that the presence of ultra filtration effect is not obvious.It provides a theory support for the next step in the process for the expansion of deep treatment and puts forward a significance of the comprehensive treatment for chemical waste water.
