This paper investigates the typical domestic coal chemical wastewater treatment technology, has been systematically studied wastewater treatment technology on the aspects of physic-chemical, biochemical and reuse.The study belongs to energy saving field, is a systematical study of wastewater treatment and reuse technology, mainly used for coal chemical industry waste water with high salt, high COD, high hardness. Proposed combined process of aerated biological filtration, coagulation sedimentation, multi-media filtration, ozonation and efficient scale and corrosion inhibition, can effectively solute the reuse, fouling and corrosion problems of coal chemical wastewater. Field application shows it is possible to ensure stable operation of the circulating water system under harsh water conditions.Using "aeration biological filter+flocculation precipitation+active carbon filtration" integration process in sewage treatment of coal chemical industry, after processing, the average removal rate of COD, oil, sulfide and volatile phenol in water are 73.1%,96.4%, 90.9,100%, COD<50 mg/L, oil<2 mg/L, the concentration of sulfide and volatile phenol near to zero. High salt wastewater after the "aeration biological filter+flocculation precipitation +active carbon filtration" integration process treatment can use as supplement water of circulating cooling water. Circulating water system under condition of chloride ion concentration near 1000 mg/L, hardness near 2000 mg/L, the calcium ion near 400 mg/L, after sterilization, scale inhibitor, corrosion treatment, the average corrosion rate of carbon steel is less than 0.1 mm/a.At present, there are mainly two kinds of processes of wastewater treatment and reuse. One is the thorough treatment, completely recycle; other is moderate, reasonable reuse. This project adopts the second process. Normally, plants under operation or construction are built with sewage treatment plants which domestic sewage should meet the national class ii emission standards under normal circumstances. Under this condition, reuse process just need to add "flocculation precipitation+filtration+activated (+carbon filter)+sterilization processing or BAF+coagulation sedimentation+chlorine filtering" behind the original process; BAF+ filtration+chlorine water quality stability". In this study, due to the effect of sewage treatment plant are all kinds of problem, need to modification, therefore, the study of sewage simulated each processing unit and the new way of various biochemical, in order to provide suggestions for the coal chemical sewage treatment renovation and other basic data.
