Design Of Desalted Water Treatment Process For Coal Chemical

China has abundant coal resources,but less oil and gas.As a strategic reserve,coal-to-oil industry plays a very special role in national energy production.On the other hand,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection and rational utilization of resources.The coal-to-oil industry needs a lot of water,so a considerable amount of recycled water is produced.Compared with the requirement of industrial water,raw water and medium water contain many impurities and salts that are difficult to remove.It is an important precondition of coal-to-oil production that how to choose proper desalination scheme and ensure the safety of coal-to-oil production water.In view of the problems existing in the desalination process of coal-to-oil industry,the improvement scheme is put forward.Based on the analysis of water quality in North China and the water reuse index of some coal-based oil enterprises,the water quality index of this scheme is determined.According to the quality of influent water,combined with the experience and reference materials of other projects,the paper compares and chooses the process flow.The pretreatment system of desalted water treatment,the first desalted water treatment system,the second desalted water treatment system and the process flow of ion exchange system are designed in detail.By consulting the equipment models and technical data provided by many manufacturers,the equipment selection of the process plan unit was determined.At the same time,the configuration of dosing system,auxiliary system and instrument control system is determined.After completing the design,the design scheme of the desalting system has been analyzed.The process of reverse osmosis system has been calculated by computer simulation software.The results show that under the water quality condition of 555.97 mg/L TDS,the water yield of the main equipment is 84.43%,the desalination rate is 99.9%,and the wastewater TDS is 3550.55 mg/L.Economic analysis shows that the cost of desalted water treatment is lower than that of domestic similar process or full ion desalted water treatment process.The economic benefit is good.The preliminary analysis results show that the desalination effect of this design scheme is good,and it has certain reference value for the effective utilization of water resources and environmental protection.
