Electrochemical acidification process for seawater to produce CO2 and H2,is that using an electrochemical process to extract raw materials carbon dioxide and hydrogen from the sea,and going through a series of chemical catalytic reactions for alkane.So the reaction synthesis can proceed in principle to get in the marine diesel.At present the technical process is still in the laboratory stage,the core device for the process are electrolytic acidification device and CO2 removal device.Since the initial trial electrochemical processes seawater small processing amount,the production of the device is small.So this paper will design the device module and enlarge the flow through the simulation method,and examine the influence of the key index parameters on the target product,and provide the theoretical basis for the optimal design and operation of the electrochemical system.The electrochemical processes of producing carbon dioxide(CO2)and hydrogen(H2)in electrolytic acidification of seawater is simulated by using the principle of solid polymer electrolyte water electrolysis cell.Due to the complexity and diversity of the cell structure,there is no fixed module template to choose,use ASPEN PLUS software user custom module to design the process model and optimize the process.And from the perspective of reducing energy consumption,optimize the seawater treatment and the proportion of current,seawater treatment and acidification degree parameters.This paper deals with the process by electrolytic acidification of seawater,construct the evaluation system and select the appropriate evaluation method for the key technologies.Evaluate the key technologies of the process,compare the advantages and disadvantages of different technical approaches.Clear the technical characteristics of different typical technical approach and engineering application prospects and determine the technical direction of the engineering application of electrolytic acidification of seawater.
