| The plant fiber filled polymer composites were prepared by blending polyvinyl chloride(PVC)or polyethylene(PE)with teak wood flour or aspen flour(WF).The mechanical and physical properties of composites were studied,microcellular PVC/Wood composite was prepared by adding AC foaming agent.Research results show that the mechanical properties of the composites can be improved effectively by adding 1.5phr(wood flour content)titanate coupling agent to modify the wood flour.CPE、ACR and nano-CaCO3 were studied as toughening modifier on mechanical properties,by contrast,nano-CaCO3 was the most effective.The rigid particles nano-CaCO3 toughening effect was due to produce the stress concentration effect when composite material by external force,then gave rise to craze in the PVC resin matrix around,the resin matrix had yielded to absorb large amounts of energy,resulted in toughening effect.The microcellular PVC/Wood composite was prepared,AC content and wood flour content were studied on foamed properties and foamed effect of PVC/Wood composite.When using 20phr wood flour,it foamed best,and surface morphology of the composite material was analyzed by SEM,the formula of composite material was optimized.The whole property of composite can be best when adding 1phr AC and the ratio of Ca/Zn,AC and NaHCO3 should be 4:1:0.5.The PE/Wood composite of injection molding grade was prepared.The wood flour content and wood flour particle size were discussed on mechanical and physical properties of the PE/wood composite.When usig 60phr wood flour,the properties of composite were optimal.When wood flour particle size was too small,it easily agglomerated,hardly dispersed.The optimal wood flour particle size was 10~80 mesh.These corresponding materials had industrialized application in Huzhou Xinfeng Wood Plastic Composite Co.,Ltd,and had received a good economic and social benefits. |
