Study Based On The MC Mode Of Sofa Design

With the improvement of people`s living standard,the level of people`s demand is becoming more and more higher.At the same time,the contradiction between the requirements of people`s personalized pursuit and the customer`s pursuit of low cost is becoming intensified which has been a effect on sofa.So,in order to solve the contradiction between them,the way of sofa design research,which can improve the efficiency of enterprise production based on MC mode,has been used.The characteristics and advantages of MC was analyzed in this paper firstly,then,the inevitability and necessity reason for the sofa enterprises to use the SWOT analysis to choose the MC modeusing.And then it put forward that the enterprise practice MC model must be able to inspire the configuration,flexible manufacturing ability,service ability,by the way,it also put forward that the strategy of MC model for the enterprise practice should be taken to.Then,the characteristics include the diversity of design,functionality,appearance,the highly coordination,personalized elements of space and the characteristics of highly expressive,production efficiency were summarized based on the characteristics of MC model and the development trend of sofa.In the third part of the thesis,it put forward that the sofa design should be adhered to the concept of standardization and ecosystem which had strong innovative.Then,modular and parametric,digital design methods were introduced and discussed the MC sofa design patterns and emphasized that the preferred design and product customization design phase was the Indispensable stage to design the MC.Then,the theory of product family model was use to analysis the customer needs and product features,and the product structure tree was constructed.Finally,it put forward that the MC sofa should possess primary structure,secondary structure,decoration structure and function structure.At the end of paper,some suggests were summarized to the connection between the sofa design and structure and the "creative space design theory” was also been put forward.All in all,the suggests made the relevant theories of MC sofa design perfect,and also provided an important theoretical reference for the design of MC sofa.Finally,the practise of TopSolid software proved the feasibility of sofa to be producted for large scale,and accumulated some practical experience for the design of sofa.What`s more,it also has important practical value for the design of MC sofa.
