| In the iron and steel smelting production,pellet production is a very important production process.It is used to extract pellets,and the process is in the fine grinding iron ore powder or other iron powder by adding a small amount of additives,Which is mixed,and then through the ball machine rolling pellets,and then dry,roasting,consolidation into a certain strength and metallurgical properties of the ball cold iron raw materials.In this process,there are many factors that can affect the quality of pellets.And in many factors,it is one of the key factors to ensure the good mixing of the pellet concentrate powder and bentonite.Due to the complexity and diversity of the material mixing process,the simple manual control level can’t ensure the high stability of the production process,so it is difficult for the follow-up process to provide high-quality mixed mine.In this paper,according to the working principle of the material balance control system of the strong mixing machine,a material level control strategy of a high strength mixer is adopted.Based on the fuzzy control algorithm,the fuzzy control algorithm is combined with the conventional PID control method to determine the material balance control system of the strong mixing machine based on fuzzy PID algorithm.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Research difficulties and key technologies of material level balance control.According to the domestic and foreign research status of material balance technology,analyzes and summarizes the existing strong mixing machine material level control problems in the process;introduces the main components and control system of strong mixer;expounds the material balance concept of metallurgical industry;explains the effect of material balance of material mixing quality;reflects the importance of material level control.(2)The realization and shortage of the conventional PID algorithm in the control strategy of weighing material level.For the strong mixing machine barrel wall thickness,the operation by the vibration of the impact of large shocks,the side of the hole difficult,so that can’t directly measure the real mixer real material level of the problem,so the design of a weighing level control Strategy,and it can intuitively reflect the situation within the mixed barrel material,and through experiments to prove its feasibility.But the existence of control accuracy is not high,slow response,poor anti-interference and other shortcomings.(3)Optimization of material level control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm.The combination of fuzzy control and PID control algorithm,using Simulink to build the fuzzy control model of PID balance material intensive mixer.The traditional PID material control and fuzzy PID algorithm were analyzed based on the material level control.Which can improve the accuracy of the system control and reduce the time required for the steady state.It solves the adverse effects caused by different materials and human disturbance on the balance control of the material level,which proves that the fuzzy PID control has better dynamic and static characteristics.(4)Design of Level Balance Control System for Power Mixing Machine.Based on the Siemens S7-300 design and development of a strong mixer weighing level control system and supporting the host computer software,can be accurately collected to the scene layer of real-time data and its definition,configuration path file.Through the human-computer interaction improved the results show that the method can improve the working efficiency and have a good prospect of engineering application.The results show that the proposed method can improve the working efficiency. |
