The internal mixer just realizes the preliminary production process automation, still have many interference factors, causing the physical properties of rubber compound is not stable after the mixing process. Heating process of rubber mixing process is a key influence compound properties. In this paper, the mixing process to adjust the rotor speed and the cooling water temperature according to the kneading temperature curve, so that the heated plastic material similar to the process as much as possible, and then through the support vector machine prediction model latex indicators be amended to ensure the mixer stable production mix physical properties.Based on a rubber company automatic production line, this paper introduces the basic structure and working principle, expounds the mixer technology, analyses the control system of internal mixer. Pressure, cooling water temperature and rotor speed are the three main parameters of the internal mixer control system. According to the process requirements, this paper gives a realization method of adjusting process parameters. Change of mixing process parameters affects the rubber discharging control index. In order to facilitate the modification of control index, mathematical models between the process parameters and control index are established. Comparing the prediction results of multiple linear regression, neural network and support vector machine algorithm, the support vector machine algorithm has superiority in mixing index prediction.This paper deeply investigates rotor speed and cooling water temperature two process parameters. The rotor speed is the only control parameter that can change the minxing state immediately. According to the relationship between the rotor speed and mixing temperature, a calculation model and an analog model are established, a fuzzy PID controller with parameters self-tuning is designed for the analog model, fuzzy PID compared with traditional PID simulation results and found chat the fuzzy PID has better dynamic characteristics. Cooling water temperature is an important parameter of the mixing process.According to the mixer temperature control systems, the paper designs FATEK PLC-based temperature control experiments, which finds that it is necessary and feasible to correct zhe PID parameters online, and proposes a method of PID parameter line correction in the simulation.
