The Relationship Between Regional Economy And Water Environment

Water environment is one of the basic elements of the external environment on which we depend.As we all know,good water environment on economic development,social progress,and even improve the overall national strength plays a key role.Rapid economic development will cause a certain amount of pressure water environment,and environmental funding will accelerate the restoration of water environment.This topic comes from The national technical support--water quality evaluation of water function area plan in 2015,In this paper,the city in southern Guangdong Province,the city in central Guangdong Province,the city in central Jilin province and the city in western Heilongjiang Province as the object of study,four-city economy and water environment of 2000-2014 data,explore the relationship of economy and water environment.Based on this practical purpose,choose five economic indicators: regional GDP,first output value of industrial output value,secondary industry and tertiary industry output value and GDP per person.Two water environmental indicators: waste water emissions,I-III class,after detailed study and analysis,the main results are as follows:⑴ Summarizing study on water environment and economic progress.Determines the content and technology.⑵ Chose the more econometric model of the system—Vector Auto-regression study on the model as a solution method of relationship between water environment and the economy.⑶ Analyzed the basic situation of the study area.First,introducing the regional overview,Contacts among regions and population status of the city in southern Guangdong Province、the city in central Guangdong Province,the city in central Jilin province,the city in western Heilongjiang Province;Then introduced the four cities of five trends of economic indicators in 2000-2014,then the tren ofds of industrial structure evolution in the study area were analyzed,including GDP,primary industry output value,secondary industry output,output value of the tertiary industry and GDP per capital.Simultaneous analysis of a four-city industry structure and industry structure;The final statistics to characterize the water environment status indicators of study area in 2000-2014,Including regional wastewater and sewage and the proportion ofⅠ-Ⅲ type of water.⑷ The article studies the relation between the regional economy and water environment.Methods using the panel VAR model to five economic indicators and two correlation inspection index of water environment.First of all data unit root test and cointegration test,Conclusion wastewater and sewage has relationship with five economic indexes,the proportion of Ⅰ-Ⅲ type of water only with the second industry output value,the output value of the third industry;Then panel error correction model inspection,To determine the relationship between the timeliness and directivity;Finally all the indicators for the panel VAR estimation and analysis of variance,determine economic index of water environment with the relationship between each other,and the proportion of influence.⑸ The relationship between the economy and water environment are summarized.By using panel VAR model,respectively from the basic relations of economy and water environment,index difference,regional differences and the time difference,then makes a simple analysis and the rationality of the results.⑹ Put forward the corresponding suggestions.According to the analysis the relationship between economy and water environment,putting forward measures and suggestions including adjusting industrial structure,improve the environmental protection technology and strengthening the law system.
