Food safety is directly related to the quality of people's health and living standards,wine as an indispensable category of food,its safety issues have been the focus of attention.In response to our Country's call that comprehensive development of food security technology,and gradually establish the whole process that from original to table,which the technology is about the food safety inspection,control and management".It is mainly based on the stable hardware and rich access to information.The wine information management and traceability system will follow the trend of the development of information technology,and gradually become the main means to manage the wine production.Firstly,the thesis describes the current situation and development trend of computer technology on the field of wine information management.Then,it describes the business research of the system and finish the requirement report.Based on the requirement report,the thesis chooses B/S architecture and Java language platform and MySQL database,and describes the general design.Then it describes detailed design about the function and data.It finally realizes the system and tests it,and shows the results.The thesis finally describes how to improve the system and the following work.The BETA version is in published now,and the requirement,function and interaction are still improved.We hope the system can be used finally and supply a platform to consumer,producer,distributor and national organization.
