The thin-wall injection molding technology is different from the traditional injection molding,with the requirements of quality,cost and performance of plastic products more and more high,based on traditional injection molding,the thin-wall injection molding technology is developed gradually.Because of the thin-walled plastic products,so as to improve production efficiency and reduce cost,light weight and convenient for the users to carry,the plastic is more thinner,the cooling speed of melt in filling process is more quickly,in a relatively short period of time it will solidify and increase the difficulty of molding.It will directly affect the molding quality of plastic parts.This paper takes the air purifier plate of a car as the research object,the thin-wall plastic parts is analyzed using the orthogonal experimental method combined with Moldflow and ANSYS software,and the influence rule of process parameters on warpage of plastic parts is studied comprehensively,and the optimum process parameters and mould structure are obtained.The warpage of plastic parts is minimized,and the main research work is as follows:The average wall thickness of 1mm of thin-wall plastic parts is analyzed using the orthogonal experiment method combined with mold flow analysis software Moldflow,and the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained,the influence of plastic containing glass fiber on warpage of plastic part is analyzed.It indicates that a certain amount of glass fiber can reduce warpage of plastic part,and finally reduce the warpage of plastic part.Through the analysis of the influence of pressure on mould cavity and core in the injection process molding,the cavity stiffness is checked,thermal coupling analysis of injection mold is conducted,the size and position of the cavity thermal deformation is obtained;The finite element software ANSYS can be used to analyze the stress and strain of the thin-wall injection mold and optimize the mould structure,which can provide reference for the design of the mould.The molding process is studied using the orthogonal experiment method combined with Moldflow and ANSYS software,the warpage of the plastic part caused by the process parameters and the mould structure is comprehensively analyzed,the cavity pressure,temperature field distribution and the warpage of the plastic part in the injection molding process is simulated.Combined with the results of Moldflow analysis,the thermal deformation analysis of the mould is carried out by ANSYS,and to find the main factors affecting the plastic part warpage,and optimize mould structure,and finally get a set of optimal process parameter,and the warpage of plastic part is minimized.
