As in recent years, industrial products development toward lightweight, more thin products to win the favor of consumers, but also can reduce the cost of raw materials, make a contribution to energy saving and emission reduction. However thin products have their advantages, but in processing put forward higher requirements, usually is not the problem where, in machining of thin wall parts may become a bottleneck. So the research of cutting parameters in turning of thin wall parts in the process will be very meaningful.1. Analysis fix method of thin wall thickness part, to figure out minimum fix force, try to decrease fix force of unit area.2. Analysis turning parameter impact the turning performance of thin wall thickness part, include cutting speed, cutting depth, feeding speed and turning angle.3. Combine with orthogonal experiment method, select four factors and 3 different level to perform turning practice.4. With Ansys software help, to analysis 9 turning test based on orthogonal experiment mentioned in item 3.5. According orthogonal result of 9 tests, select 2 of them to perform turning verification.
