The most quality problems is parts warpage In the thin-wall injection molding,It is difficult to control warpage In the injection molding due to the molding processbe influenced by its product construction, injection mold structure and processparameters and other factors. In this paper, application of numerical simulationtechnology to the molding process is forecasting warpage deformation and warpedreason, providing the basis for the design of mold and injection process parameters,reducing design and manufacturing cycle of the injecting mold, reducing molddevelopment costs and ensuring product quality.In this paper,firstly the injection molding process and the main parameters ofinjection molding process is introduced summarily, Secondly the thin-wall injectiontechnology and simulation theory of injection molding is introduced. Application ofPro / Engineer software complete injection mold design for the auto scuttle's framewith CAD based on the analysis in the MPA, and Plastic injection molding processwas simulated to analyze the filling process and cooling process to obtain partswarpage values with appling Moldflow. Finally, we get result warp values from doing16 times simulation experiments with the plan of orthogonal experiment anddifferent values of process parameters of the dwell pressure, injection temperature,injection time, mold temperature, dwell time. the influences of various injectionprocess parameters are analyzed, It is obtained to the optimized parametercombination to minimum the warp distortion and established relation processparameters with the warpage .The results show that: For the warpage of thin-walled plastic parts, regionalshrinkage is the main reason for deformation of the workpiece, the molecularorientation is a secondary reason ,the method of adjusting the process parametersreduce regional deformation caused shrinkage and molecular orientation,In theinitial process conditions, the deformation of the workpiece is 1.09mm, after using the optimized process parameters,the warping deformationis 0.60mm. theworkpiece warpage by caused uneven cooling is a reason that the mold coolingsystem design the irrational, in the mold design stage, the workpiece warpage isreduced by application of MPA;For the thin-wall plastic parts, the processparameters influence parameters on different levels of warpage, injection time anddwell time generate the greatest influnce on warpage of plastic parts, moldtemperature and packing pressure is also important on the warpage of plastic parts,Mold temperature is not important .
