In recent years,frequent chemical safety accidents in our country bring immeasurable harm and loss to individuals,enterprises and the state.Domestic warning means mainly depend on the single threshold control to give early warning which has disadvantages in threshold setting subjectivity,early warning of abnormal hysteresis,single variable prediction etc.,so it cannot take effect eventually.So this paper design a more extensively application forecasting system on chemical engineering safety production.This article through the introduction of scientific data pre processing and state prediction method for model creation,analyze real-time data based on OSA-EAI standard and OSA-CBM hierarchy,and ultimately achieve state prediction which could be a effective complement to the existing system to help relevant personnel treat and prevent danger in advance.In this paper,I work on the following three aspects:First,combining with the actual situation in chemical safety production scene,I analysis the state of predictive modeling methods and principles,as well as EAI and CBM standard.Elaborate how to apply modeling methods,CBM framework base on EAI into the system,to provide basic support to the establishment and implementation of chemical safety production status prediction system.Secondly,the overall design of the system.investigating the basic situation of the ammonia refrigerator system as a application example in order to analysis the system demand.Furthermore,design logical structure,physical structure,configuration structure and development environment.Finally,detailed system design of each module in forecasting system on chemical safety production.In the part of "Virtual-entity" module,based on the EAI standards design the role management,establishment and management the virtual-entity relations.In the modeling systems in the data analysis module,design the data source to add,pre-design,management,model creation and management.In the state prediction system module,mainly relying on CBM hierarchy as a framework,design the state prediction processes and results.At last,the thesis gives an explanation and illustration to the core table and classes from the aspects of database design and class design respectively based on the overall system function demands.State prediction systems research to achieve the above work has the advantage of high scalability and broad applicability,has a certain practical significance for chemical engineering safety status predict.
