According to the requirements of two demonstration tasks "large-scale coalification and electric heating integration" and "core equipment localization"undertaken by Xinjiang Zhongdian 60 billion cubic meters / year coal-based natural gas project, this paper takes the project as the research object, focusing on coal gasification, transformation And thermoelectric three typical high energy consumption chemical engineering technology comparison, equipment localization analysis and energy consumption analysis, and national energy efficiency standards for the standard to determine the project in line with the quality of coal and other construction conditions of the most reasonable, The most viable technical program; due to gasification, transformation of these two processes energy consumption accounts for about 56% of the total energy consumption of all chemical plants, this paper carried out the chemical process of the heat cascade utilization, waste heat classification recovery, the use of low grade Waste heat and other energy-saving technology analysis, so that the chemical plant waste heat generated by the waste steam and thermoelectric devices generated between the dynamic steam to achieve efficient heat coupling, put forward the coalification of electric integration program, and carried out energy analysis and technology comparison, Recommended supercritical thermoelectric technology program. After this study, the key indicators of energy saving and energy saving in the gasification and transformation process, key equipment selection and overall energy consumption and energy conversion efficiency of the project are ensured in the domestic advanced level.
