At present, our country are making great efforts in natural gas pipeline development, large-scale of gas pipelines are constructed, traditional sequential energy saving index decomposition method cannot adapt to the development of pipeline operations, and can’t meet the requirements of promoting pipeline operation optimization, saving energy and reducing consumption.The overall goal of the energy consumption of gas transmission pipeline management is to reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency of pipeline operation and economic benefits. The objectives of this study are to build an objective, scientific and convenient long distance gas pipeline energy consumption data analysis system, make a reasonable assessment of pipeline energy consumption based on actual energy consumption data of running pipeline, analyze and explain the reasons for changes in energy consumption, provide a reference and guidance for energy consumption, provide prediction for energy consumption.After fully evaluate various comprehensive evaluation method, this paper adopted to Entropy weight coefficient model to determine the weight of the main influence factors of energy consumption, adopted to theoretical analysis method to interpret results of technology analysis of long-distance pipeline energy consumption, based on the basic unit of energy consumption (i.e., station energy consumption data), use theoretical analysis method to analyze the station, the influence degree of each type of energy consumption on the pipeline system energy consumption, so as to provide theoretical decision support for the long-distance pipeline energy consumption management; collecting historical data of energy consumption of the typical natural gas pipeline Seninglan gas pipeline, using regression method to determine the change trend of energy consumption, dividing them according to the boot options and throughput steps, find out the change regulation of pipeline energy consumption,make reasonable evaluation and analysis; Finally adopt regression analysis method to fit the randomness historical data of energy consumption to get a certain curve, and use the fitted curve to forecast the energy consumption. Lastly, establish T3 level indicators of natural gas pipeline.The results show that:according to the different stage of throughput fitting out the corresponding boot solution and single consumption’s relation to certain conditions; combined with theoretical analysis, we can draw a conclusion that throughput and boot solution have major influences on energy consumption, energy consumption increases as throughput increases, as outlet pressure of gas station decreases, as compressor effectiveness decreases; ground temperature and outlet temperature have minor influences on energy consumption, consumption decreases as temperature increases; influence of linepack on energy consumption is more complicated, on the same throughput, pipe in higher linepack save more energy than in lower linepack, however the rising of linepack also consumes energy. In the study of energy consumption of west east pipeline transmission to Shanjing pipeline, to Shanjing line, the higher the amount of transfer the lower the production consumption, whereas the increasing amount of transfer will increase the production consumption, in terms of West -East gas pipeline, Along with the frequent fluctuations of the amount of transfer, there is no direct link between production consumption and its change trend, and the main cause of change of production consumption is turnover, rather than amount of transfer; Through the calculation of T3 level indicators of the Seninglan pipeline, it is indicated that T3 level indicators is more effective than the traditional energy efficiency index to reflect the energy consumption level of actual pipeline, and it is a scientific and more effective energy efficiency index system. This article research results for long distance natural gas pipeline energy consumption analysis, provides the reliable theory basis and practical technology.
