Study On Some Electrical And Control System Technologies Of New Intelligent Massage Chair

As the people's awareness of their own health care grows,the intelligent massage chair based on traditional Chinese medicine massage theory is taking more and more quotient in the market.According to the electrical and control system of massage chair,this paper studies several key technologies,such as the design and implementation of control system scheme,auxiliary power supply,complex logic system and communication technology and so on.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the product function,the hardware design of the massage chair control system,including the motor drive circuit,the airbag drive circuit,the position detection circuit,the capacitive touch button based on MC9S08PT16,the display control board based on STM32 and the bluetooth module interface circuit for mobile phone control,is carried out.(2)Based on the flyback topology,the system auxiliary power supply,including the high frequency transformer and the peripheral circuit of control chip,is designed.Considering the wide market voltage range,the voltage feedback loop and the compensation network are designed and analyzed in detail.The experimental results show that the power supply has good steady state and dynamic performance.(3)In this paper,the research of the Stateflow model design method applied to the complex logic system of massage chair is carried out.It mainly involves system modeling,model simulation verification and automatic code generation.The code is also ported into the hardware platform for testing,and the test results show that Stateflow is suitable for complex logic system like massage chairs,owing to it's features of simple and efficient.(4)Based on STM32,the software design and analysis of the massage chair communication system are carried out.The communication protocol adopts the RTU transmission format of MODBUS and the error control based on CRC check code.The performance of the communication system is tested and the result shows that the communication system has good performance and satisfies the requirements of control system.
