In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more people pay special attention to their own health management.As an important product in the health care field,massage chairs are getting more and more popular among the public.Today's massage chair industry has broad prospects for development and a large market.Many companies have invested a lot of manpower and resources to develop and produce massage chairs.Especially with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,some advanced artificial intelligence technology is applied to the massage chair,which makes the massage chair more intelligent and the massage effect is more comfortable and humanized.I believe that in the future,the development of intelligent massage chair technology is bound to be a hot spot.This article is to study the control system of the intelligent massage chair.The main research contents are as follows:The first is the hardware circuit design of the massage chair control system,the overall design idea of the control system is analyzed,and then the design of the drive circuit of the system and the design of the detection circuit are described in detail,such as the motor massage drive circuit.Design,pneumatic massage drive circuit design,limit detection circuit,pressure detection circuit,pulse detection circuit,etc.Then the design and simulation of the logical control system of the massage chair is carried out with the stateflow tool.The design and application of stateflow in the complex logic system of the massage chair are introduced,which is specifically the establishment of the model of the system and the establishment of the state diagram,and then the established The model is verified by simulation.Finally,the stateflow automatic code generation function based on Real-Time Workshop is briefly analyzed.Then in order to achieve more intelligent control of the massage intensity,this paper proposes the use of T-S fuzzy neural algorithm to control the intensity of massage.Combining the advantages of both fuzzy algorithm and neural network,the TS fuzzy neural network control algorithm is designed for the massage intensity of the massage chair to optimize the massage intensity.Finally,the fuzzy neural algorithm module in MATLAB is used to simulate and verify,and the pure fuzzy system The comparison is made to obtain the superiority of the fuzzy neural algorithm.Finally,the experimental environment was set up for experimental test verification,and the experimental results were analyzed.It mainly includes the realization of the system logic control function and the verification of the fuzzy neural control algorithm.
