| This thesis proposes a solution to the development of interconnected and intelligent massage chairs.Design the neck massage based on muscle fatigue and the frame supporting standing,sitting and lying massages.This thesis presents the implementation method of massage strategy based on muscle fatigue judgment and given massage strategy based on fatigue degree.The key technologies are as follows:The first aspect: The sub-healthy lifestyle of sitting for a long time is very common.The cervical and lumbar spine are the hardest hit areas.The solution to this problem includes the following two points:(1)I do research on TCM massage methods and cervical vertebrae structure,and propose a massage plan for the cervical vertebra,including massage structure design and massage strategy research.(2)Propose solutions to the problems of prolonged sitting and standing,and study feasible mechanical structures.The second aspect: I propose a new design for the intelligence and personalization of massage chairs: realize the Internet of massage chairs,and design an APP payment system to realize the shared and commercial use of massage chairs.It includes the following aspects:(1)Design the hardware of the controller side and the massage chair side,and select the components of each component,and select the touch screen control method on the controller side.(2)Design the software of the controller end and the massage chair end,the interface of the controller end,write the sensor acquisition drive of the massage chair end and the massage action of the massage motor of the cervical vertebrae.(3)Formulate the network interaction protocol between the controller and the massage chair,and write the network transmission scheme.(4)Using the muscle electrical sensor to classify the muscle fatigue degree of the crowd according to the muscle fatigue degree algorithm,and provide a suitable massage strategy.(5)In order to meet the commercial use of massage chair,payment app is designed. |
