Jiangnan region's economic development,regional culture,life style influenced the Jiangnan region pastry modelling design,forming the unique Jiangnan style pastry category and modelling.In the experience economy and under the background of the development of people-oriented concept,consumers have appeared on the pastry of Jiangnan Area a beautiful,taste outside the new demands.Pastry modeling design of Jiangnan area needs to keep pace with the times,in the emotional,interactive,aesthetic,the theme of multi-dimensional expansion,in order to promote the consumer in the process of consumption,consumption of pastry better experience pastry modeling brings the connotation and extension of the service.Through the detailed analysis of the consumer,the background and evolution of the pastry modeling,the concept of experience and the experience of the pastry design in Jiangnan area,combined with emotional design,sensory design,interactive design,user Research and other related theories and research methods,define the pastry modeling design of Jiangnan area based on consumption experience.First of all,the pastry modeling design case morphology,material,color,pattern modeling elements of the experience analysis,summed up the experience of pastry modeling elements positioning.Followed by qualitative interviews with target users to observe the study,in-depth understanding of Jiangnan pastry consumers in the pastry with all the experience of consumption,consumption process,the user behavior awareness of the state changes and consumer demand.And then based on the consumer awareness state,behavior changes in the pastry modeling in the instinct,behavior,reflection layer of consumer demand and experience level division,and thus derived from the consumption experience based on the Jiangnan area pastry modelling design principles: sensory integration,geographical theme,behavior interaction,emotional experience.These four principles are based on cognitive-cognitive-behavior-emotional pastry design needs layer by layer progressive,and for the back of the design method to pave the way.Finally,from the integration of pastry sensory stimulation,to enhance the interaction between the interaction with consumers,to give pastry modeling emotional experience design methods,and then to the identity of the designer and the consumer exchange method,the output of specific design methods.
