| Massive food packaging production line is mainly used in dried bean curd and the sametype of massive food automatic production. Massive food packaging production line includingseparation, sorting, pick–put, packing, cutting. Then the food can be put into the market.Massive food packaging production line ensure the interests of both producers and consumers, itnot only save labor force and improve the production efficiency, but also make the productionprocess clean. This paper mainly to make limited element analysis for the key parts of themassive food packaging production line, The results of the analysis provide a theoretical basisfor improve the production line equipment. The main research contents are as follows:According to the dried bean curd production process design the overall construction of themassive food packaging production line, including centrifugal feeder, sorting-conveyor-belt,parallel-pick-put-manipulator, stretch-film-packaging-machine, Using PRO/E software to set upthe sorting-conveyor-belt’s3D model and check interference. And set up3D model forstretch-film-packaging-machine’s frame body and molding chamber press agency.Research on the parallel-pick-put-manipulator, using mathematical model derivationpositive and negative solution, using MATLAB software calculation work space, establishingscale integrated model to optimization length, matching for inertia, analysis geometric error ofthe manipulator.Set up3D model for parallel-pick-put-manipulator, use finite element analysis software ANSYS to make statics analysis, get stress and strain diagram of theparallel-pick-put-manipulator in different position, make analysis for the weak link of theparallel-pick-put-manipulator, put forward the improvement opinion.Use ANSYS to make statics analysis for the stretch-film-packaging-machine’s frame andpress agency, analysis of the weak link and put forward the improvement opinion. Use elementanalysis software ANSYS modal analysis module, extract the frame top ten step mode maps anddisplacement maps modal analysis studies to determine to avoid the frequency of the externalexcitation is proposed to improve the weak link.In the experiment conditions, development laboratory prototype of sorting-conveyor-beltand parallel-pick-put-manipulator, make on-line debugging with control part, verify feasibility ofthe pick-put scheme and control accuracy of the manipulator. |
