The Design And Implementation Of Milk Traceability System

Food safety problems appear frequently in recent years,Food safety problem has also aroused widespread concern in society.Food safety is an important indicator of the modernization process of a country,both any state and manufacturers should pay attention.Milk is an essential part of our life,its safety issues should be highly valued.Establishing a perfect milk traceability system is an important way to achieve milk safety,it's also a way of establish confident of milk safety from consumer.This paper studies the present situation of the milk trace,investigate and research on the problems and key links of the present of milk trace.I Summed up some defects,the current trace of milk exist in the enterprise,and the information is not shared;Tracing the source chain is short,and only have a part of information;Traceability terminal can not be widely promoted and so on.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current traceability system,this paper based on mobile Internet development technology work out the framework and functional architecture,designed android software,server supporting,PC management system and RFID module.The system uses the fourth generation of mobile communication technology,can provide broadband wireless access applications to support authorized users to use TD-LTE commercial terminal access system.The system is a completely milk traceability system,achieved the milk from the original milk to the seller's traceability process,and achieved a dual traceability function.This system improve traceability,and System features rich,practical and operational strong,good compatibility,can use in many platforms get the relevant information;Consumers can scan the two-dimensional code form product packaging and query the product information,so increase their confidence about the product.This paper designed and implemented a set of complete milk traceability system,which is developed with C/S and B/S structure,the mobile is based on C/S structure,PC is based on B/S structure,Android platform is Android studio,combined with JQuery mobile framework,Hybrid APP development model,the bottom of the container depends on Native to provide UIWebview,the upper use of Html5,Css and JS to do business development,JAVA language,SQLite database,and user can work no matter how the network is worked or unworked.The software achieve information collection contains original milk procurement,production and processing,factory testing,logistics sales information,and provide food standards and testing standards manual,mobile office,personal tasks,environmental collection and other functions.PC-side management platform and server support platform development based on Myeclipse,MVC model,combined with Tomcat,MYSQL database,SSL security socket layer.The platform complete the management of the mobile side of the upload information management;traceability code and electronic tag code query;QR code information generated;send notice to mobile-side and other functions.Using RFID module to achieve the logistics of product information entry and traceability,the electronic tags for coding,and through the management platform to achieve the query.The system achieved combing with offline cache technology,data interactive technology,SSL security socket,traceability coding design,RFID,QR code combination and a variety of mainstream development model,It can solve the problem of information entry,PC-side and mobile-side interaction with server data,security,task notification and so on,and has realized the function richness,strong expansibility,high cross-platform,high security,Can be a dual traceability of the milk traceability system,and has a highly application value.
