| At present,with the accelerated industrialization of our country and the acceleration of urbanization in rural areas,the sewage treatment capacity is increasing,and the sludge production is increasing.The growing amount of sludge is harmful to the living environment of mankind,and the awareness of environmental protection is increasing.How to use sludge efficient and scientific use has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country.Incineration can reduce sludge,stabilize,harmless and resource.In this paper,three kinds of sludge and coal mixed combustion,aimed at the study of sludge and coal mixed combustion characteristics,in order to better develop and promote sludge blending combustion technology.In this paper,three kinds of municipal sludge,printing and dyeing sludge and papermaking sludge from a city in Hebei Province were selected and mixed with pulverized coal according to different ratio.The mixed samples were sampled at 20K/min heating rate and air atmosphere.A series of hot and humid combustion experiments.Based on the TG-DTG curve obtained from the combustion experiment,the burning characteristics of the sludge and coal were analyzed,and the similar characteristics of the burning characteristics and characteristics of the coal and the different sludge and the sludge were compared.Differences in coal burning characteristics.Based on the TG-DTG curve obtained from the combustion experiment,the mixed combustion characteristics of the three kinds of sludge were analyzed respectively.The differences of the basic characteristics of the mixed combustion of different kinds of sludge and coal were compared,Different mixing ratio and coal mixed combustion basic characteristics of change.The kinetic analysis of the experimental data was carried out.Coats-Redfern integral method was used to determine the reaction mechanism in the combustion process and the temperature range was divided and the fitting equations were fitted.The reaction kinetic constants,And the average apparent apparent activation energy.From the mixed combustion test of sludge and coal,it can be concluded that the mixing of sludge and coal is beneficial to the combustion,the mixed combustion is affected by the mixing ratio and there is a combustion optimal blending ratio.The effect of mixed combustion is affected by sludge.The combustion of sludge and coal improves the combustion characteristics of pure coal and pure sludge,which provides a theoretical basis for the co-firing technology of sludge and coal,and provides reliable reference data for in-depth study of sludge combustion. |
