| A large number of fermentation residues containing antibiotic residues and resistance genes will be produced in the process of antibiotic production,and the annual output in China alone is more than 2 million tons.If it is not properly disposed of,it will cause serious harm to the ecological environment.Antibiotic fermentation residue(AFR)has high moisture content and complex composition,so the safe disposal and resource utilization of antibiotic bacterial residue has become an urgent problem to be solved in the pharmaceutical industry.Thermochemical disposal is an effective means to realize rapid volume reduction,harmlessness,and energy of solid waste.based on this,the thermochemical disposal potential of AFR was evaluated comprehensively by a thermogravimetric device.the combustion characteristics and kinetic parameters of the mixed coal combustion process of AFR were studied,and the release characteristics of gaseous products in the process of bacterial residue mixed combustion were investigated.The pyrolysis characteristics of AFR were improved by torrefaction,and the changes in pyrolysis characteristics,kinetics,thermodynamics,and composition of gas and liquid products of baked samples were analyzed.The results are as follows:Through the study on the combustion of AFR blended coal,it is found that the content of organic matter in AFR is high,and the combustion performance is good.The combustion process mainly occurs in the temperature range of 50-550℃.The mixed combustion process improves the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of coal,and the ignition index,burnout index,and comprehensive combustion index all increase with the increase of the proportion of AFR.At the same time,it is found that there is a significant interaction between AFR and coal in the mixed combustion process,which limits the mass and heat transfer of AFR combustion at low temperature,while the heat release of AFR at low temperature and the catalysis of Alkali and alkaline earth metal compounds(AAEM)compounds in ash accelerate coal combustion.The kinetic analysis shows that the Eα of the blend combustion process is higher than that of the original sample,the reaction mechanism of the four stages of mixed combustion is nucleation and growth mechanism,and the kinetic index decreases with the reaction process.The torrefaction treatment of AFR changed its material composition,increased the proportion of C elements,and the element distribution gradually moved closer to lignite and bituminous coal.Torrefaction treatment changed the pyrolysis kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of the sample,in which the sample baked at 250℃(AFR250)showed the lowest pyrolysis activation energy,and the most probable mechanism function of all samples was the A-E equation,and torrefaction pretreatment reduced the complexity of pyrolysis reaction.TG-IR analysis showed that torrefaction pretreatment changed the emission mode of gaseous products,reduced the content of oxygen-containing compounds in gaseous products and bio-oil,and increased the calorific value of pyrolysis gas.Torrefaction pretreatment changes the composition of bio-oil,reduces the content of oxygen components in bio-oil,and improves the quality of bio-oil. |
