This paper aims at solving the data acquisition problem of the coal mine key equipment working condition parameters especially the vibration parameters. Firstly, analyzed the key factors affecting data acquisition, researched the data sources and put forward the methods of solving the problem, developed appropriate instruments.This paper puts forward three data acquisition methods:the first method is based on the mining portable vibration recorder, the second data access method is based on the large capacity data recorder and the third is "wireless+cable" model of remote data acquisition methods. With the first two methods developed portable and embedded recorder and the intrinsically safe type vibration acceleration sensor, and completed the experiment of vibration data acquisition in coal mine using the related instruments. According to the third method proposed remote acquisition method and finished the laboratory experiment.The experiment shows that based on the measurement of mining portable vibration recorder can get the coal mine vibration data correctly and reliably, and it’s good for getting the data shortly and neatly. The laboratory experiment shows that the mass storage recorder gets the data correctly during the two weeks test. It’s reliable and stable, and the capacity up to500GB. It’s helpful for the coal mine vibration data long time acquisition. The experiment of the "wireless+cable" model data acquisition shows that we can transport the vibration data with it; it accumulated experience for the building of banausic coal mine wireless data transmission network.
