In recent years,chemical enterprises in China have gradually increased every year,but accidents in chemical plants often occur.Once accidents occur,they can cause huge losses.Most of the reasons are due to the fact that some parameters of chemical equipment have not been detected in a timely manner after long-term operation.Therefore,the reliability and stability of long-term operation of chemical equipment have great significance for the safety of chemical process production processes.Only by adopting remote online monitoring of the operation of chemical equipment can the efficient and safe operation of chemical equipment be effectively maintained.Foreign enterprises have applied automation technology to remote online monitoring and control of chemical production processes many years ago.Compared to foreign countries,some domestic chemical safety production detection methods and automation levels are lagging behind,so studying chemical equipment monitoring systems is of great significance for domestic chemical safety production.The main task of this paper is to collect and analyze the data of the chemical equipment in the synthetic ammonia process.The main data collected include the temperature of the boiler,the vibration state of the compressor,the liquid level of the liquid ammonia tank,the pressure of the synthetic tower and the smoke monitoring of the surrounding environment.Through real-time online monitoring of the above data,determine whether the equipment is working in a normal state.Set the data threshold according to the equipment requirements.Once the collected data exceeds the set threshold,the alarm system will give an alarm immediately.Specific design ideas:first of all,select the components,select some sensors and master chips,and then study and analyze the communication mode between each module and the upper computer.Then design the electrical schematic diagram of each module,use the programming software to write the control software,and conduct data acquisition and debugging for each module.What the upper computer needs to do is to build a human-computer interaction interface,and finally test whether the communication between the lower computer and the upper computer is normal,and whether the alarm system will alarm in time when the data exceeds the threshold.The innovation of this subject is in several aspects.First,the research and analysis of the ten classic filtering algorithms are carried out,and the algorithm is improved on the basis of which,the accuracy of data acquisition is improved,and the error rate of data acquisition is controlled within 5%.Only accurate data acquisition and display can be more meaningful for the operation monitoring of chemical equipment.Secondly,the system studied in this project is low cost operation and low power consumption.The selected sensors are components with high cost performance.The system can also display data in real time on the mobile end,such as mobile phones,tablets and other electronic products,which greatly facilitates workers in chemical plants.Through testing the system studied in this topic,and based on the experimental results,it is concluded that the system studied in this topic can continuously and stably upload collected data to the Alibaba Cloud platform and mobile phone terminals in real-time,and the error rate of data collection is controlled within the allowable range.You can directly modify the threshold value on the platform and mobile phone terminals.Once the collected data exceeds the set threshold value,you can promptly alarm.
