| Rotary steering drilling technology is an advanced technology,which has s strong advantage in well track observation.The rapid development of digital signal processing technology promotes the precision of the posture parameters(well deflection angle,tool panel angle,and azimuth).A kind of customized accelerometer sensor is used to produce the current signal.A signal conditioning circuit is designed to convert it to voltage signal,and amplify it to appropriate amplitude which is fit for the ADC(analog-to-digital conversion)in the DSP(Digital Signal Processor).The peripheral circuit consists of the power supply,clock circuit,reset circuit and JTAG interface,and a LCD model is used to display the data.The software models are composed of interruption procedure,filtering function,angle conversion,and display model.At last,a measuring system is built to test,and the results indicate that the system is effective. |
