Oil Well Water Plugging Technology Research In Jurassic Reservoir Of Hu 153 Oilfield

Hu 153 oil block belongs to Jurassic reservoir,with the development of water injection,lots of water entered into the high permeability zone or large pore and crack constantly which leading to the serious water flooding in the main wells and the lateral wells.The oil well appears water prematurely.With the extension of oil field development time,this contradiction is more and more prominent,becoming one of the main factors which affecting the stability of the oil field.Although this area used the way of fracturing to increase its production,but the result is not ideal,so it should take more effective water shutoff measures.Based on the geological characteristics and reservoir data of Hu 153 oil block,this paper mainly researched the experiment of indoor plugging agent by analyzing the water shutoff technology at home and abroad and water quality of this area.Selected weak gel plugging agent(which is consisted by 2000mg/L main agent +0.2% crosslinking agent +0.25% stabilizer)and strong composite gel plugging agent(which is consisted by 15%AM +0.1% crosslinking agent +8% promoter +0.14% initiator)and pre-crosslinked swellable particle.This paper evaluated the performance of plugging agent by static and core experiments,like salt resistance,shear resistance,long-term stability and blocking ability.Experimental results show that weak and strong gel blocking agent both have good sealing performance,high temperature tolerance,and high shear resistance which can block the different core permeability.The size of pre-crosslinked particle can be controlled,and selectively blocked the aqueous layer without plugging the oil layer.At the same time,the construction process was designed.The design of the construction parameters are injection pressure control range is 10~20MPa,and construction displacement control range is 3~5m3/h.The slug combination mode is as follows: the first slug + the main slug + protective slug + water injection combination.This technique is of great significance in improving water flooding effect and increasing oil production and enhancing oil recovery of Hu 153 oil block.It provides valuable experience for the further development of profile control and water shutoff in Hu Jianshan oil field.
