Machine is so important,that it support the development of China’s automobile.China’s market demand of machine is very large,in recent years,the consumption and imports machine tool are the first in the world.But China’s own brand share of machine is very low,the machine industry’s profit margins is very low.Under the impact of the global market,the development of machine tool industry is facing great difficulties in China.The reason is that most of the machine tool enterprises in our country only pays attention to the realization of the function,does not pay attention to appearance design or clumsy copying others,cause most of the machine product homogeneity serious Therefore,this thesis takes the machining center as an example,provides theoretical basis for wearable device design from three aspects:appearance design、layout design and color design.In terms of appearance design,combined with the ergonomics principle,and creates the relationship between the characteristics of the appearance of machining center and perceptual image of the users on the basis of the kansei engineering.The thesis collect the typical samples of machine center and perceptual words related to them,filtrates perceptual words associated with machine center through questionnaire,analyses the key features、layout design and color design of machining center through morphological analysis,conclude the relationship between the factors of the key features、layout design and color design of machining center and the perceptual image of the users。Finally,this thesis proves the proposed research results through design practice.The results of the research can improve appearance design of machining center,and provide the corresponding practical methods for further design and research.
