With the rapid development of 3D printing technology,the requirements of different cultural level groups are different.The different consumption value orientation require to pack packaging more form and content.The packaging design need to meet the people's demands to innovation from different angles.In this paper,by using the methods of literature research,investigation,experiment and exploratory research,to find the different implementation methods of two kinds of technology in packaging design through study on 3D molding technology and combine the use of traditional format packaging manufacturing in packaging design,then combine the two kinds of technology and make new styles of Packaging design.First of all,study on the fabrication process and design of the traditional layout of Packaging;Secondly,I research on 3D molding technology and convert the 3D digital modeling data generated by the computer to physical model with stereoscopic effect,using the 3D models to make the mold and convert the mold material to PVC technology with stereoscopic effect;Finally,with many experiments,I combine the 3D molding technology with the the traditional format Packaging successfully and create a new kind of packaging with 3D modeling effect.The objective of this new kind of packaging is breach the shortcomings of traditional format Packaging breakthrough in design,it will apply three-dimensional effect in the design of packaging and retained the details,edge,lining processing and car line sewing and other traditional advantages of format packaging.I hope to enrich the Packaging modeling in the Packaging design in the future,no longer the monotonous flat layout.
