The development of Chinese ceramics has a long history,profound background,its emergence and development in the history of human civilization has a very important significance.In the history of ancient Chinese ceramics,white porcelain is a very important classification,is produced on the basis of celadon firing,than the celadon produced nearly 2000 years,white porcelain firing success marks the ancient ceramic firing process Resulting in a qualitative leap for the future of the porcelain craft laid the foundation.White porcelain requirements are glaze are white,impurity content is particularly small,iron content is not higher than 1%,than the requirements of celadon firing process is much higher,it was a high degree of development of ceramic products.Henan is located in the Central Plains,is the ancient political,economic and cultural development center,China's earliest celadon and white porcelain are unearthed in Henan territory.Xiangzhou kiln is located in the south bank of Anyang City Henghe River,found in 1974,is the Northern and Southern Dynasties to the Sui and Tang dynasties in northern China's largest celadon kiln,is also the founder of Chinese white porcelain firing in the history of Chinese ceramics occupies a very important position.From the appearance point of view,phase kiln ceramic samples show white and blue and yellowing.At present,for the origin and development of phase kiln ceramic,it is still lack of systematic research.Therefore,it is very important to understand the origin and firing process of phase kiln in modern state by using modern experimental technique.In this paper,the physical properties,microstructures,reflection spectra and phase composition of the materials were measured by porphyry,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer and spectrophotometer.Wait.Through the comparative analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The porosity of the phase kiln is between 1.742% and 19.551%;the water absorption is in the range of 0.752%-10.457%;the bulk density ranges from 1.82 g /cm3-2.32 g / cm3;the surface density is between 2.05 g / Cm3-2.59 g / cm3.Phase kiln distribution is more dispersed,smelting kiln more concentrated.Indicating that the phase kiln firing process is in the development stage,the smelting process of the smelting kiln is more mature.2.Phase kiln samples of the main wavelength of different sizes,to achieve the degree of white porcelain,but white and blue in the majority of yellow sample.In the same sample,the reflection spectra of the inner and outer surfaces are basically the same,indicating that the method of glazing inside and outside the state kiln has matured.And most of the glaze reflectivity is higher than the glaze reflectivity,which is due to the firing process of the outer surface temperature rise and fall speed is higher than the inner surface.The main wavelengths of the blue-green glaze in the range of 660 nm ~ 699 nm,and the smaller the main wavelength,the deeper the cyan.The main wavelength of white glaze in the white between 720 nm ~ 767 nm.3.The microstructures of porcelain and enamel in Xiangzhou kiln were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the porcelain of Xiangzhou kiln contains a small amount of Ti particles on the order of 10 microns and a large number of evenly distributed pores.Phase kiln glaze layer thickness between 100 to 150 microns,glaze layer in the bubble diameter of 10 microns to 100 microns.At the same time,phase kiln porcelain enamel contains a large amount of calcium feldspar crystal and a small amount of non-melting quartz.And the phase of the kiln glaze junctions appear a lot of crystallization-phase structure,containing a large number of needle or columnar calcium feldspar crystal,phase morphology was cloudy or worm-like.4.Phase porcelain kiln mainly contains mullite and quartz crystal,quartz crystal to ?-quartz and square quartz structure,and individual samples contain a small amount of hematite.There is no feldspar structure in the porcelain,feldspar has been completely melted into mullite crystal,indicating that the phase of the kiln firing temperature should be higher than 1200 ?.And contains a large amount of square quartz crystal,square quartz crystal formed at 1300 ? or so,indicating that the phase kiln firing temperature should be about 1300 ?.Phase kiln selected porcelain samples in the crystal species,the content is roughly the same,indicating that thephase of the kiln manufacturing process has matured.5.Through the phase of the kiln XRF data can be seen,phase kiln raw material source and the Yellow Metallurgical kiln is obviously different,phase kiln fetal production is more concentrated,the distribution of relatively scattered glaze.
