Coal and gas outburst is one of the common dynamic phenomenon in coal mine,which has the great destructiveness and is one of the five kinds of natural disasters of coal mine production.The danger of outburst generally increases with the increasing of the depth of the coal seam.The harm of coal and gas outburst increases with the increase of the outburst intensity.Small outburst only affects the local location,big outburst often leads to the gas explosion,which bring huge harm to the surrounding area,and even underground personnel,equipment and facilities.Therefore,the problem of the coal gas control and utilization are payed widespreadly attention by the official,production units,domestic scholars and scientific research.Although the existing theoretical research is facing to the systematic development,but which are confined to preventment of coal and gas outburst.In this paper,we study the theme around the two core problems of coal and gas outburst,prevention measures and using integrated development research,to answer questions on the following aspects: first,from the point of preventing coal and gas outburst,compared to similar conditions of mines,coal seam mined by Zhanjie street has the danger of outburst.As a result,the gas drainage must be carried out.Secondly,from the resources of the country at the present stage many times advocating rational development and the environmental protection point of view.Gas,as a kind of high quality clean energy,can bring huge benifinits for the protection of mining area environment.Finally,according to the current situation of national electricity generation by using gas,the gas concentration can into the generator set power generation,in more than 6% concentration was 25% ~ 6% can be used in a pipeline mist,dehydration and automatic control device mode be incorporated into the gas generator set.According to the requirements of the Zhanjie,all the gas will be used to generate electricity.The design production capacity of Zhanjie coal mine is 45 wt/a,covering an area of 21.44 km2.The total recoverable reserves is 2895 wt(south of advanced mining field recoverable reserves of 26.61 million tons,reserve area recoverable reserves of2.34 million tons).In the management work of coal and gas outburst,a ground gas drainage station will be built in the mining industrial square.Drainage station will be equipped with high negative pressure drainage and low negative pressure drainagesystems.High pressure and low negative pressure drainage will be carried out by the water-ring vacuum pumps.Mine gas drainage pipeline(high negative pressure system)and the working face gas drainage pipeline(low negative pressure systems)use pipeline to convey to the ground.At the same time,power plants will be built to generate electricity. |
