| The ecological compensation plays an important role in water environment across watershed,which can promote improvement of ecological and environment quality.Based on sustainable development,economics,and ecological compensation theories,this thesis took Fujiang watershed as study site to discuss principles,standards,methods,paths of ecological compensation.It also presented the necessary of establishing ecological compensation mechanism.Based on the present ecological situation of Minyang city,this study firstly analyzed subject and object of compensation,range of compensation methods,and sources and uses of compensation funds from ecosystem service values and public goods theory perspectives.Secondly,the thesis analyzed the practical status of ecological compensation of Fujiang watershed located in Mianyang city through building ecological compensation model.The results showed that the Mianyang city need to raise about six hundred million Chines dollar.These capitals are mainly used to compensation of the important ecological functional areas located in Pingwu and Beichuan counties,and construction of sewage treatment facilities of 279 villages and towns across the whole watershed,which can realize the the purpose of strictly controlling the source.Finally,the study pointed out the main problems of ecological compensation mechanism for Fujiang watershed and proposed comprehensive strategies of ecological compensation.It provides useful information for local ecological and environmental decision-makers. |
