Rotary drill rig is an important equipment in the open-pit mining,the drilling efficiency directly affects mining production.Drill frame is an important working device in rotary drill rig,mainly used for the installation of pressurizing and rotating unit,rod-feed mechanism and other auxiliary mechanism,to guarantee the normal operation of rotary drill rig.Drill frame need bear the complex load in the process of work,but also bear all kinds of shock and vibration.Therefore,drill frame should have sufficient bending strength,appropriate torsional strength and a certain resistance to fatigue.Combined with the subject required,the drill frame structure has been studied.This paper includes the following parts.According to the design requirements of the drill frame,introduced the different kinds of the drill frame,determined the design of the drill frame.According to the size of rod-feed mechanism and pressurize-rotating unit,designed the internal space of the drill frame,fitted to the drill frame to verify whether the mechanism was interfering.According to the actual rise of the drill frame situation,determined the lifting force and the movement of the lifting mechanism.According to the actual drill environment,determined the working parameters of the rotary drill rig.According to the design of the drill frame structure,the drill frame model was simplified,builded mechanics and finite element models.According to the actual working environment of the drill rig,determined the four typical working conditions of the drill frame.The whole force analysis and finite element analysis of the drilling frame were carried out under multiple operating conditions to analyze the deformation and stress distribution of the drill frame.Checked the strength and stiffness of the drill frame.According to the finite element analysis results,determined the dangerous working conditions of the drilling frame.The calculation amount in the design was reduced,which provideed the basis for the subsequent design.The drill frame is an important working device,in order to further analyze its dynamic characteristics,a modal analysis was made on the drill frame to observe the natural frequency and vibration characteristics.Determined the drill frame vibration source,calculated the frequency of the vibration source and determined the frequencyrange of the vibration.Checked whether the drill frame will resonate.Within the range of the vibration frequency,harmonic response analysis was carried out on the drill frame,acquired amplitude frequency response curve and the dynamic stress response of the structure,analyzed the influence of mechanical vibration on the drill frame.Put forward the improvement measures,provides the basis for the drill design and frame structure design.On the basis of static analysis,analyzed the sticking process of drill frame,the force of the drill frame were analyzed,acquired the transient response results.According to the results of calculation,checked the strength and stiffness of the drill frame,analyzed the dynamic response law of drill frame.Compared the transient dynamics analysis results with the results of statics analysis.Determined the dynamic load coefficient of drill frame work condition,provided reference for subsequent optimization design.
