Study On Preparation And Application Of Special Water-soluble Fertilizer From Biogas Liquor

In this paper,through the investigation and research of biogas slurry combined with the current development status of water-soluble fertilizer in China,and the creative use of biogas slurry instead of water as the reaction system,the water-salt phase diagram containing two kinds of trace element system and a medium-quantity element and a trace amount were studied.Elemental system water and salt phase diagram.According to the nutrient demand of pear trees,the special water-soluble fertilizer for pear trees was prepared and sprayed to give the application effect;By studying the law of absorption and enrichment of calcium in wheat,special water-soluble fertilizer for high-calcium wheat was prepared,and the fertilization process of high-calcium wheat was regulated.Isothermal dissolution equilibrium Researched Fe-Cu-biogas slurry,Fe-Zn-biogas slurry,Fe-Mn-biogas slurry,Zn-Mn-biogas slurry,Zn-Cu-biogas slurry,Zn-B-biogas slurry,Cu-Mn-biogas slurry,Ca-B-biogas slurry,Ca-Zn-biogas slurry system phase diagram,When the pH is about 3.5,the temperature is 0℃,10℃,25℃,respectively.The corresponding phase diagram is drawn by the origin software.Taking Zn-Cu-numbness as an example,how to produce micro-element water-soluble fertilizer in accordance with the National agricultural industry standard according to the phase diagram is introduced.Taking Ca-B-marsh fluid as an example,how to produce micro-element water-soluble fertilizer in accordance with National agricultural industry standard according to the phase diagram is introduced.Combined with the soil test formula and the requirement of pear tree for nutrient elements,a special water-soluble fertilizer formula for pear tree was designed and a special water-soluble fertilizer for pear tree was prepared.The results showed that the water soluble fertilizer of the Spraying marsh solution increased the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C by more than 35%,the loss of water by more than 7%,the hardness by more than 10%,and the titrable acid by more than 20%.Using the above research techniques to prepare water-soluble fertilizer for leaf-spraying of high-calcium wheat,according to the law of wheat absorption of Ca elements,a scientific and reasonable fertilization scheme was designed.The results showed that the application of two fertilization methods,calcium nitrate and leaf-surface spraying water-soluble fertilizer,had the best effect in improving the quality of wheat and promoting the absorption ofcalcium by wheat.Compared with the control group,the protein content increased by18.52% and the calcium content in wheat increased by 31.19%.
