In this paper,the humic acid solution is used instead of water as the reaction system,and the phase diagram of the water and salt system containing two large elements and the phase diagram of the water and salt system containing three large elements are drawn.Taking wheat as the research object,the synergistic effect of humic acid and a large number of elements of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was explored by seed soaking,and the formula of a water-soluble fertilizer?a large amount of elements?containing humic acid was explored by orthogonal experiments.According to the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method,the phase equilibrium relationship between K2HPO4-KH2PO4-humic acid solution and KH2PO4-KNO3-humic acid solution system at temperatures of 0?,10?,and25?was studied Figure.Taking the phase diagram of K2HPO4-KH2PO4-humic acid solution and KH2PO4-KNO3-humic acid solution system as an example,the application method of phase diagram in the development of liquid water-soluble fertilizer preparation technology is introduced.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the synergy between humic acid and a large number of essential elements of plants was explored.Studies have shown that in single-factor experiments,the better seed soaking concentrations of humic acid,urea,sodium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium chloride are 300mg/L,600mg/L,600mg/L and 400mg/L,respectively.In the orthogonal experiment,compared with the water control,the average increase rate of humic acid and urea compound liquid soaking?the average of wheat 7 indicators increase rate?was 14.12%;the average increase rate of humic acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate compound liquid soaking 13.38%;the average increase rate of seed soaking with humic acid and potassium chloride composite solution is 15.65%;both are superior to the effect of soaking alone,which reflects the synergistic effect.The average increase rate of humic acid and phosphorus potassium?sodium dihydrogen phosphate,potassium chloride?composite seed soaking?the average of wheat 7 indicators increase rate?is 19.26%,which is better than the effect of humic acid and a large number of element composite liquid soaking seeds.The synergy is more significant.The mass ratio of humic acid,potassium chloride and sodium dihydrogen phosphate in this composite solution is 3:4:6,that is,effective humic acid:potassium oxide:phosphorus pentoxide=1:1.12:1.56.
