| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the field of production continues to expand,has seriously threatened the life and health of the people and the ecological environment of the society.The emergency decision system can deal with the accident information,and provide scientific decision-making for the environmental emergency command through the human-computer interaction.Through the research of emergency monitoring data in the accident point distribution technology and emergency decision making based on CBR to improve the performance of decision system.The main work of this paper is as follows:According to the problem of low efficiency of manual distribution in the process of emergency monitoring,the Gauss model is used to simulate the diffusion of pollutants in the atmosphere,and the maximum concentration and the concentration of pollutants are simulated.According to the previous work experience,the monitoring personnel select monitoring points,and the monitoring data collection efficiency is low.In this thesis,the optimal principle is used to set up monitoring points.According to the coordinates of spherical coordinate azimuth angle and the distance between the designed monitoring sites dispatched algorithm,we use this algorithm can calculate the quasi set of each monitoring point dispatched coordinate information,and display these points on the GIS map.According to the problem of sudden environmental accidents,this thesis proposes a double filtering case reasoning model based on feature extraction.Case based reasoning is often used in emergency decision making,the dominant features and hidden features of accident information are extracted from the characteristics of the emergency monitoring reports in the DFCBR model.The dominant feature of the accident is easy to extract,for the unstructured data which is described by the natural language,the LDA model is used to extract the principal vector to represent the text,which is the hidden feature of the accident.Through the treatment of dominant and recessive features,which is used to improve the reasoning model.Compared with the single layer model for dealing with dominant features,the performance of the double filtering case reasoning model is better.Combined with the practical background of sudden environmental accidents,this thesis proposes a emergency decision system based on point distribution technology and case based reasoning technology.This system not only realizes the processing of the sudden environmental pollution accident,but also can complete the inquiry and management of the pollutants,monitoring methods and so on.In the system,it can also help the decision making by case reasoning.The emergency decision system is deployed on the environmental monitoring platform of anything Technology Development Co.Ltd and the platform has reached the level of practical application in monitoring and decision-making of environmental pollution accidents. |
