| In recent years, with the development of China’s economic, the industry also developedfast. When people try their best to get economic value, they often ignore the protection ofthe environment at the same time. Lots of factories do not have the sewage treatmentsystem, and discharge the sewage into the river directly; Some chemicals productionfactories in order to save transportation cost, using the mode of transportation of the safetycoefficient is low and sometimes industrial production operation make the mistakes inwater pollution and so on, in this water pollution incident occurs, it will destroy theecological balance, that may do harm to people’s physical and mental health, even causedpanic and turmoil. So more and more people focus on how to deal with this situation.This article is a combination of case based reasoning in dealing with this event, byfinding in the similar cases, it is concluded that the most similar emergency solutions, at thesame time, the case base can be upgrade in the process of continuous "learning" by itself,how to choose the case will be the main point of my research. In this article, the authorattempts to use the evidence reasoning method in case evaluation, and established the3levels of different indicators, and use this to evaluate all the action after the case, so we canget the best action to new case base.Firstly, the author introduced the basic knowledge of the water pollution incident,case-based reasoning and evidence reasoning. Secondly, combining the knowledge of thewhole water pollution emergency process, set up a water pollution emergency decisionevaluation system of the all framework, sums up the main attribute elements in the systemand internal data structure through the database building system. At last, use assemblylanguage implementation of the whole analysis process and function in the system andsimulates a example demonstrates a sudden water pollution incident handling and assess thesituation. |
