Risk Assessment Of Residual Free Gossypol In Lambs

In this study,the distribution and accumulation of free gossypol in sheep tissues and organs by fed were researched.The relationship between the content of free gossypol in feed and free gossypol content in various tissues and organs of sheep were investigated.This study was evaluated exposure of free gossypol in feed and edible safety to mutton,sheep heart,liver and kidney products by fed cottonseed using population expose health evaluation index method,The metabolites and metabolic pathways of free gossypol in sheep liver,muscle and plasma were studied by liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry(LC-QTOF).90 sheep were randomly divided into 7 groups,each group were fed with normal feed without cottonseed(control group),4% cottonseed(Group ?),16% cottonseed(Group ?),26% cottonseed(Group ?),37% cottonseed(?),45% cottonseed(Group V)and 59% cottonseed(Group VI),respectively,the content of free gossypol of heart,liver,kidney,muscle and blood were measured after 45 days,90 days and Stop added cottonseed meal after 7d.The main results were as follows:(1)The cotton raw materials include cotton stalk,Crushed cotton stalk cottonseed,cottonseed meal,cottonseed by oil extraction,cottonseed by secondary oil extraction in the Jiashi County of in Kashgar Region.The most used cottonseed meal was up to 53%,In the dietary supplement ratio was 29.77%,result in the content of free gossypol in cottonseed meal was 657.00±13.75mg/kg in the diet.(2)In the case of proportion of cottonseed meal diets add 29.77%.Fed for 45 days,the content of free gossypol in the live was 49.72mg/kg.Fed for 90 days,the content of free gossypol in the liver was 66.22mg/kg,the highest in all tissues and organs.(3)In the case of proportion of cottonseed meal diets add 29.77%,The RI of sheep liver,heart,kidney and muscle was less than 1 by Study on health risk evaluation index of free gossypol.(4)There are three metabolic pathways of free gossypol in sheep liver,which are oxidative metabolism,hydration condensation metabolism and hydroxyl metabolism,thus producing three metabolites and mass charge ratio is 550.1849,536.2044 and 490.1992,respectively.Based on the above results,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)With the increase of free gossypol content in feed,the total free gossypol in sheep body increased rapidly;(2)The sheep were fed by the route of exposure,the accumulation capacity of free gossypol was strongest in the liver,secondly,kidney,the heart and muscle tissues are relatively weak.Free gossypol accumulation and metabolic rate was slower in muscle tissue than visceral organs.(3)Based on the actual cottonseed meal 29.77% of the actual amount of added conditions,the risk of poisoning by free gossypol residues in tissues and organs of sheep was lower than that of healthy people.
