Pathalic acid esters(PAEs)are the most commonly used plasticizer in manufacture plastics,Half of PAEs are environment hormones,may affect human and wildlife on their normal endocrines,reproductive, development and behavioral disorder.In recent years,large amount of plastics have caused a wide distribution of PAEs into environment,and it become one of the most prevalent contaminants.Based on the predecessor's results about the PAEs in environment samples,the analytical methods was systematic studied about 6 PAEs compounds,Dimethyl Phthalate(DMP),Diethyl Phthalate(DEP),Dibutyl Phthalate(DBP),Dinoctyl Phthalate(DOP),di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP),Butyl benzyl Phthalate(BBP),all of them are internationally recognized and limited Environmental Hormone.Dairy products was selected,which has the close related with the national food security. Milk,cow internal organs and cow feed as the materials,According to the sample heterogeneity,different sample's pre-processing method were optimized,and the suitable method on the purification,concentration and detection were established,6 kind of PAEs compounds could been detected one time by GC/MS.The separation column is HP/35MS silica capillary column and Detector is Mass Detector.All of the Linear range of the materials were between 0.1μg·mL-1and 10μg·mL-1,each correlation coefficient R was bigger than 0.9995,Lowest detection limit was between 1.0μg·L-1and 1.3μg·L-1.Has established an analysis and determination method of PAE in milk,feeds,and cow organs.The milk samples pre-treatment were extracted with n-Hexane using constant temperature shocker at 20℃1.5h. The recovery rate of each PAEs were between 85.00%and 102.14%, standard deviation(RSD)values were between 1.88%and 5.50%.The feed samples were extracted with acetonitrile using ultrasonic extraction 30min.The recovery rate of each PAEs were between 85.42%and 104.92%,standard deviation(RSD)values were between 1.12%and 4.97%.The cow organs samples were extracted with dichloromethane using ultrasonic extraction 20min,and the extract were purificated by Alumina-Silica Gel Column,eluted by Ethyl Acetate at 1.0mL·min-140 mL,the recovery rate of each PAEs were between 85.09%and 110.48%, standard deviation(RSD)values were between 2.50%and 4.92%. According to World Health Organization "Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality,third edition.Vol.1,2004,Geneva" and Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China "Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB5749-2006)",the allowable maximum concentration of DEHP standard is 0.008μg·mL-1,The PAEs concentration of the samples of milk cow internal organs and milk to exceed to these standard level,Attentions should be paid to the PAEs pollution about dairy products in Beijing area.
