With the advance of oilfield drilling technology,heavy oil steam drive has gradually become an important way of heavy oil reservoir recovery,based on SGDA mining underground mining model of LiaoHe oilfield has become an important means of crude oil,and in order to ensure the increasingly mature oilfield development system,indoor experiments also arises at the historic moment.In LiaoHe oilfield simulated by the indoor experiment “steam assisted gravity drainage displacement” and “steam assisted gravity drainage displacement” became the typical two heavy oil thermal recovery experiment,and one of the most important factors affect the success of the experiment is weather we can produce the steam of the steam flooding experiment.For the above two experiments of the prophase using high temperature hot coil to generate steam and then injected into the model,but as a result of the limitation of experimental conditions and high pressure of the model,the steam liquefied form water when it just injected into the model,it did not reach the test effect of steam flooding.So for the above two experiment,the injection gas well in heavy oil thermal recovery experiment device has been designed and invented.Though invented new produce steam for relevant experiment equipment,but as a result of the heavy experiment task,we didn't do much systematic research to the steam formation regularity,and in the experiment,thermocouple overload burn leakage phenomenon always appear.And the experiment is not visible.To experiment,the amout of steam produced by the steam tunnel and steam dryness value of every export is unknown.So this paper applied Fluent fluid analysis software by using the method of numerical simulation to under experiment condition of gas wells experiment device for steam formation law research,analyzes the reasons of thermocouple overload,calculate the effective length of heating thermocouple.And analysis under the different experimental flow horizontal and vertical gas injection experiment's gas injection fluid migration rule,through monitoring the parameters of outlet setting calculation of the total rate value,steam quantity,produce the steam drtbess value and temperature value of every steam channel.For follow-up of heavy oil steam drive the related experiments making theoretical basis,making insurance to the smooth progress of the follow-up experiments.
