This paper firstly introduces some physical and chemical properties of cyanuric acid and characteristic of cyanuric acid as products of CO2 sequestration.That triazine polymer material is Synthesized by cyanuric acid is a low carbon material industry.The synthetic method of Cyanuric acid reaction with amine compounds are discussed.ammoniation product of Cyanuric acid is synthesized and its structure is determined by using a variety of detection methods.In this paper,several kinds of amination reaction of cyanuric acid and its products are studied.One is prepared for melamine by Cyanuric acid reacting with Ammonium,and another is that Cyanuric acid react with divinyl three amine to synthesize triazine derivatives.(1)Cyanuric acid ammoniation product is prepared by animation process of cyanuric acid with ammonium in high pressure re-actor.It is characterized by performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis.The acid-base titration method is used to determine the yield of Cyanuric acid ammoniation products.The experiment results show that the best reaction temperature is 290℃,reaction time is 4 h,choose SiO2+SnCl2(1:1)as catalyst.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis shows that the main product for cyanuric acid amide and cyanurodiamide.(2)Triazine derivatives are synthesized by animation process of cyanuric acid with divinyl three amine(mole ratio of 1:4).The experiment results show that the best reaction temperature is 210℃,reaction time is 4 hours,choose 5a molecular sieve catalyst.The non-aqueous titration is used to determine the reduction of amino value,the more amino value reduction the higher the degree of reaction.Cyanuric acid amination is synthesized Using thin layer chromatography(TLC)on experimental process tracking.It is characterized by IR and 1H NMR analysis.The atlas show that cyanuric acid react with divinyl three amine to generate 6-divinyl three amine-1,3,5-triazine base-1-2,4(1 H,3H)-diketone.(3)As the raw material(mole ratio of 1:1),cyanuric acid reacts with divinyl three amine under the condition of 230℃ and reaction 4 hours to get the product of high molecular weight.It is characterized by IR,1H NMR and MS analysis.The atlas show that cyanuric acid react with divinyl three amine to generate the product but its polymerization degree is not high mainly composed of trimer.
