Study On Synthesis And Application Of Cyanuric Acid

CA is one of the most important chemical products.Synthesis of CA from carbamide by one step.We synthesize CA from carbamide by solid method,and we have solved the problem of cohesive through controling temperature and temperature increasing velocity.It was largely because we adopt higher temperature at the end of reaction to evaporate carbamide from reaction system getting CA of high purity,for that carbamide is easy to evaporate,with the cost of sacrificing partial productivity.We also search influence of reaction temperature,reaction time on outcome.We determine the content of methyleneurea in stuff by method of Naphthalene two sulfonic acid two sodium salt.We determine purity of product using method of neutralization.Synthesis of Cyanuric acid epoxy resin from CA.The defect of traditional method to produce CA is that utility of epichlorohydrin is lower.we design newest synthesis process of Cyanuric acid epoxy resin according to principle of reaction absorbing and thermal instability of Cyanuric acid derivatives.We increase its utility and lower consumption of energy in the latter process of evaporation.we synthesize Cyanuric acid epoxy resin from CA through two steps.We also study the influence of cat,temperature,time on reaction.We determine the best reaction condition through orthogonal test and practice instability experiment in best condition,we demonstrate structure of product by infrared spectrometer,NMRspectrometer,mass analyzer.We determine purity of product through HLPC.We determine epoxide number instability in instrument made by ourselves.Synthesis of Cyanuric acid epoxy resin with two epoxy group.Because Cyanuric acid has coordinate structure,it usually decrease physical property of high molecule material when functioning as additives.we have a try to decrease number of epoxy group to solve this problem.We synthesize Cyanuric acid epoxy resin with two epoxy groups.we also study influence of genus of salt,style of adding stuff on reaction.Experiment suggest that we have better reaction effect with Cyanuric acid three sodium salt.Infrared spectrometershow that the product is objective product.
